GreyOut Account Deletion
Users can request deletion of their GreyOut account and associated data.
How to request deletion
- Log in to the GreyOut app and use the Delete Account option (if available), OR
- Email us at support.greyout@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Data that will be deleted
- Profile information
- Posts and comments associated with the account
- Account settings
- Authentication records
Data that may be retained
- Security logs
- Information required by law
- Abuse-prevention records
Data is typically deleted within 30 days of verification of the request.
